                      Medical coders use the alphanumeric codes from various coding systems, including the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) and the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes, to assign codes to diagnoses and procedures. ICD codes codes are set of codes published by WHO. These codes conations a patient's diagnosis, signs and symptoms or any other abnormal findings. For instance, ICD code K90.81 denotes whipple's disease. 

                    Whipple's disease is a rare bacterial infection caused by the bacterium Tropheryma whipplei. It is a systemic infection, meaning that it can affect multiple organs in the body. Symptoms vary depending on the organs affected, but may include abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, joint pain, and fever. Treatment typically involves a combination of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications.
